CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We appreciate at least 24 hr notice for most services and we will gladly reschedule or cancel your reservation.  This allows us the opportunity to alert stand by guests of any openings , therefore allowing us to provide the best possible service. If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance you may be charged the full price of your scheduled service(s) for that day.       Thank you for understanding.
